2. Products and prices
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

3. UPF information
Our swimwear fabric is described as UPF 35+. No clothing gives complete protection from the sun. Please continue to use sun-safe practices.

4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable and will refund any payment made. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our delivery page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Exchanges, returns and refunds
Please see our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Care instructions
Please follow the care instructions on the product. Damage from misuse, chlorine, heat or incorrect washing is not a product fault.

8. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website at the time of your order applies.
