ORDERING & PRE-ORDERS
How do pre-orders work? Pre-orders allow you to secure a piece from our upcoming collections before they sell out. When you place a pre-order, your payment is processed immediately and your piece is being kept especially for you. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Yes, you can untill the order is on the way to your home.
Can I combine a pre-order item with a ready-to-ship item in one order? If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like your ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
What currency will I be charged in? All orders are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

SIZING & FIT
How do I know which size to order? We recommend consulting the size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Still unsure? Do your styles run true to size? Most of our styles run true to size, but some styles are designed with a more fitted or relaxed silhouette. We note this on individual product pages where relevant. When in doubt, reach out — we know our pieces inside out and can guide you.
